  • Yum, this is delicious. No rating as I chose not to use cilantro.

  • Delicious and refreshing. I've had watermelon with feta before but this is so simple, with just the handful of ingredients, and really delicious. We've had it several times now, once with some crusty bread for a light dinner on a hot summer day.

  • I am sure this is delicious but again watermelon is all sugar. Sugar is one of the main things to avoid when doing low carb. Lots of people are very uninformed when it comes to low carb eating. This recipe would derail their weight loss efforts. The only fruit acceptable on a truly low carb diet are berries. I have lost 120lbs doing low carb and have researched the low carb method thoroughly. This and the flourless chocolate cookie recipes are very misleading.
